How do I save a search?

To save a search

  1. Perform a search.
  2. Click .
  3. Select Save View Settings.
  4. view menu
  5. Click to view.

To load a saved search

  1. Click
  2. Select Show All Views.
  3. The saved search will appear under Searches in the Planning Views and Searches window.
  4. Click to view.
  5. Click on the saved search to see the search results.
  6. You can also add the search to your Navigation Bar by clicking and dragging the search to the desired position.
  7. You can also click view flag to add the view to the first group in the Navigation Bar.
